BOUDOIR ICE CREAM CAKE
Serve a touch of Bakers® magic at kids’ parties with this stunning frozen Bakers Boudoir® Biscuit Ice-Cream Cake!
BAKERS Boudoir® biscuits
1 x 1.5L tub banana ice cream
1 x 1.5L tub chocolate ice cream
- Take ready-made ice cream out of the freezer and allow to soften slightly.
- Decant ice creams into 20cm round cake tin.
- Place ice cream tins back into the freezer to reset and ready to assemble.
- When ready to assemble, dip the frozen cake tins into hot water to loosen the ice cream from the side of the tin.
- De-mold the ice cream layers and player then on top of one another.
- Decorate with Bakers BoudiorÒ biscuits around the sides of the ice cream cake and top with strawberries.
- Serve up immediate and enjoy!
