BOUDOIR ICE CREAM CAKE

Serve a touch of Bakers® magic at kids’ parties with this stunning frozen Bakers Boudoir® Biscuit Ice-Cream Cake!

ingredients

BAKERS Boudoir® biscuits

1 x 1.5L tub banana ice cream

 

1 x 1.5L tub chocolate ice cream

Fresh strawberries

instructions

  1. Take ready-made ice cream out of the freezer and allow to soften slightly.
  2. Decant ice creams into 20cm round cake tin.
  3. Place ice cream tins back into the freezer to reset and ready to assemble.
  4. When ready to assemble, dip the frozen cake tins into hot water to loosen the ice cream from the side of the tin.
  5. De-mold the ice cream layers and player then on top of one another.
  6. Decorate with Bakers BoudiorÒ biscuits around the sides of the ice cream cake and top with strawberries.
  7. Serve up immediate and enjoy!
