COFFEE CHOCOLATE BISCUIT ICE CREAM

Get the best of both worlds when you pair coffee with ice cream in this recipe from Chef Zola Nene for BAKERS® Good Morning™ Coffee Chocolate Biscuit Ice Cream! Proof, once more, of the undeniable magic that is made when coffee and chocolate are combined.

 

ingredients

For the ice cream:

300ml cream

1 tin condensed milk

4 tablespoons instant espresso powder

 

150g Bakers Good Morning™ Chocolate biscuits, roughly crushed

100g dark chocolate, chopped

instructions

  1. Whisk together cream, condensed milk, and espresso powder until smooth.
  2. Pour 1/3 coffee cream mixture into a freezer safe dish then sprinkle over 1/3 of the crushed biscuits and chocolate then top with another 1/3 of creamy mixture.
  3. Repeat layering until the rest of the ingredients are used up, ending with a topping of biscuits and chocolate.
  4. Cover then freeze until completely set.
  5. Scoop to serve.
