Quick and easy BAKERS Eet-Sum-Mor® fudge squares. These scrumptious treats are simple yet delicious and guaranteed to please all ages.

ingredients

1 x 200 g packet of BAKERS Eet-Sum-Mor® biscuits

250 g butter

5 ml vanilla essence

500 g icing sugar

5 ml coffee granules

45 ml cocoa powder

1 beaten egg

icing sugar (extra)

PS: All cookies, slices and bars that contain solid or melted butter are best stored in the fridge in airtight containers.

 

instructions

  1. Place the BAKERS Eet-Sum-Mor® biscuits on a board. Break or cut into coarse crumbs, leaving a few chunky pieces.
  2. Melt the butter and add the vanilla essence, icing sugar, coffee, cocoa powder, egg and mix well.
  3. Mix the biscuits into the butter mixture and pour into a 20cm square, greased baking dish.
  4. Dust liberally with the extra icing sugar. Chill in the fridge then cut into small squares.

  1. Breek of sny die BAKERS Eet-Sum-Mor® beskuitjies in growwe stukke.
  2. Voeg die gesmelte botter, vanielje, versiersuiker, koffiepoeier, kakaopoeier en eier by en meng goed. Skep die mengsel in ’n gesmeerde 20 cm-vierkantige bak en maak die bokant gelyk.
  3. Verkil en sny dan in blokke. Sif die ekstra versiersuiker bo-oor as versiering.
  4. NS: Geregte wat botter bevat soos dié fudge, moet liefs in ’n lugdigte houer in die yskas gehou word.
