  • 65 ml ujinja olondoloziwe, oqoshiwe kahle
  • 2 x 175 ml ama thini e-cottage shizi
  • 180 ml ushukela ocolisekileyo
  • Ama-qanda aphakathi nendawo
  • 200 ml ukhilimu omuncu
  • 30 ml jusi welamula

Faka ama-bhisikidi e-Bakers Ginger Nuts emushinini i-food processor uhlanganise abe amaqhefuqhefu. Engeza i-bhotela elicibilikile uhlanganise futhi. Faka lehlanganiselo endishini (24 cm ibanga) eligcotshiswe ngamafutha elingena kuhovini uyi phushele phansi ayi emacaleni.
Khama ama petshisi ushiye elilodwa ozolisebenzisa ma uzo hlobisa.Qoba lawa amanye ama petshisi uhlanganise nojinja. Hlakaza lenhlanganiselo eqweqweni ubeke eceleni.
Phehla i-cottage shizi no shukela ubebushelezi, engeza ama qanda uphehle futhi. Engeza ukhilimu omuncu nejusi yalamula uhlanganise kahle. Thela lenhlanganiselo phakathi ko qweqwe osandukulenza. Bhaka kuhovini oshisa oku 160 oC ama minimthi awu 25 – 30 noma uze ubone ukuthi kuvuthiwe. Susa kuhovini khona kuzo phola phambi kokuthi ususe ikhekhe endishini. Qoba noma usike ama petshisi asele uhlobise ikhekhe.
PS: ukuvimbela ukucitheka faka izidishi ezintekenteke phezulu kweshidi elikhulu loku bhaka phambi koku faka inhlanganisela. Iyeke phezu kweshidi kuze ukudla kuphume kuhovini. Akuve kulula!
