Imqobelo

  • 187 g ½ ephakethe epro vita wholewheat crispbread
  • 125 g lebhotela
  • 65 ml yakhilimu onamafutha amancane, onambhiteka ngenge masitadi
  • ipepper yecayenne encane
  • 125 ml yanyanisi oqoshiwe wathosiwa
  • 250 g yezicezu sabekheni othosiwe oklamuzelayo
  • 250 ml yashizi wechedder ogrethiwe
  • 300 ml yecani lesoso emuhlompe, enezinongo
  • 3 amaqanda amakhulu
  • 45 ml yeparsley eqoshiwe kahle

Beka amapro- vita wholewheat crispbread kumushini wokugaya ugaye kubeizimvuthu.

Hlanganisa ibhotela, ukhilimu washizi nepepper yecayenne uhlanganise kahle.

Cindezela inhlanganiso phansi nasemaceleni endishini yoku bhaka ewu 24cm. Hlanganisa uayanisi, ubhekeni oyizicezwu noshizi ogrethiwe ufake pakathi koqweqwe. Hlanganisa usoso emuhlophe, amaqanda noparsley uthele phezulu.

Bhaka kuhovini osezingeni la190 amaminithi awu 25 – 30. Susa kuhovini uyeke kuphole phambi kokuthi uyikephele eplatini loku phaka. Phaka isafudumele.
